Not vampires

by Sinister Soire   Jan 10, 2005

What do they do when they sleep?
Is there joy at all in their bodies?
Or love in their hearts?
Or dreams in their minds?

They wander aimlessly
For hours days and years
Onward endlessly
But do they ever rest

Is their habit of preying
To difficult to cure?
Is the innocence they seek
Imbedded in their soul?

Is their will to walk the earth
Above the mortal man?
Or is there secret goal
To devoir every living thing?

These demons of our society
Are not of normal life
They are born and raised
And led to feed on us

But no I know it may appear
But I’m not talking bout the vampires
The real villains in this work
Is none other than the companies
