I write to you the words of the heart
The pain and light
like day and night
Burn and freeze in my heart
The pain of love digs deeper within my soul
With the scar left behind
My heart cries for your return
I can't expect to see you again
To hold you in my arms and call you my own
To see your eyes and look deep inside
To kiss your lips and see the sparks
But till the end I'll love you still
And with no regret I'll hold you near
