The actual fact

by ANNE   Jan 12, 2005

Would you walk or turn away,
If I showed you what I have done.
Would you be sad or even care?
Cause this aren’t for fun!

I’m so afraid to talk to you about it,
Don’t think you would understand,
But I would like to know what you think,
And maybe you do approve who I am.

I know you will be disappointed of me,
And perhaps see me as a whole different person.
But I have always been who you see,
And I’ll probably never learn my lesson.

You know so little about it,
And not much about me either.
I regret I told you some of my secret,
You weren’t ready to know I’m not a fighter.

But some day you might be,
And then I will tell and show you.
How things not always are what they seem.
And that I have many secrets too.

So until that day, I will wear my mask,
Pretend I’m okay and do my little act.
You won’t notice a thing,
Until you realize the actual fact.

Please comment! It can only make me better...
