And it comes down to you

by Emily Andrews   Jan 14, 2005

I bottle up the tears
and hide them under my bed
curled up on the floor
i re-run things you said

this pain i'm feeling
i try to ignore
with clenched fists
i endure more

with the lights shut off
and the blinds closed tight
and the radio up
i get through another night

shadows haunt me
as the trace themselves on my wall
your eyes are on my ceiling
as i stare and i fall

and i get rid of the pain
but you keep coming back for more
i love you i love you
but you've closed another door

i wait the approaching morning
i bled for you
please love me
i just wish you knew

and now i'm looking for
a reason to stay alive
and its come down to you
the one who makes me want to die
