Uncle joe

by jescelle   Jan 14, 2005

Her uncle called,
He said he missed her.
He said he loved her,
He said he wished her,
The best of luck,
In all that she does.
He said that he wished it could be,
The way that it was.
He said that he’d love to,
See her sweet face.
He said that he longed to,
Hold her embrace.
He again said he loved her,
And he missed her so,
He said if he was her,
He wouldn’t let go.
And she knew what this was,
This was love coming through,
She knew this new game,
It was no game, its true.
She loves him as much,
As the stars in the sky.
She loved him as much,
As the clouds going by.
She missed him as much,
As the sun when its gone.
She hated to miss him,
As time ticked along.
But she knew in her heart,
That no matter how,
He’ll always be with her,
even more then just now.
And as much as she missed him,
As much as she cared,
She knew that always,
He would be there.

I love you Uncle Joe
Happy Birthday
Love: Jescelle
