True Love

He stared at her from across the room,
Then she looked at him,
But he jerked his head away,
Just to look back again.

He hides a love for her,
But she already knows.
Every night she wishes and prays,
That one day that love he will show.

If only he would show his love,
He would learn that she loved him too.
If only he would tell her,
Then his pain would be through.

Years later freinds and family watched them,
as they stood at the alter and said "I do",
These two were meant to be,
This love of their's was true.
