Endlessly yours

by Dead As Yesterday   Jan 18, 2005

Holy fires rain down, Thunder roars, Mountains crumble and the dream ends in sweet succession but the Light of the coming day renews all faith in paths yet unexplored.
Birds sing, the wind blows, flowers blossom, the sweet earth smiles your name.
Beauty beyond measure is the glow gleaming steadily in your mysterious green eyes.
You are the light, the living truth, patiently I await an emotion from you that may never be.
A cool breeze skips across the water; the warm sands caress your silken skin.
Your ruby lips softy whisper words I can not hear, the rain falls endlessly from my eyes
Regrettably darkness falls resurrecting the dream where my heart burns desolately waiting for you
