Scared

I sit I lay I cry
The tears fall, roll down my cheek, the salty tears land on my lips lifeless.
As my mouth begins to open to tell you I'm scared something grabs my neck I begin to feel like I'm choking, nothing I can do, nothing I can say, all I can do is cry
I want to you so much but I cant
Its killing me inside
I'm so scared, scared to breath, scared to scream scared to wake up each day and realize that this is reality and that your not here anymore in my life
Somehow I need to find the strength inside of me to keep on going, but I'm scared I cant
