Continuous Teardrops

by jenni   Jan 25, 2005

It's only a splash of water
But there's a story deep within
Gaze closer at that droplet of water
You may see where the pain begins.

You may see why the tear existed
May realise why it fell at all
But as you unravel the story
At lot more teardrops will fall.

Because pain is a continuous sorrow
When someone you love is gone
You feel all you have left is teardrops
You don't know how to carry on.

So the droplets of water fall
And with blurry eyes you seek hope
Knowing your never going to be happy
Wondering whether you can cope.
