Cold fears

by *rêve_cassé*   Jan 28, 2005

It all started out
boring, the same,
until i found out
my world was not tame.

a girl i knew once,
a small while back,
no longer was living,
stopped dead in her track.

younger than i,
by those seven years,
i never knew
of our dark, cold fears.

sometime this morning,
when i was in his arm,
she was at the hands
of one who did harm.

blood on the floor
of the bathroom i used to
change for my gym class,
but the blood was new.

many suspects they have,
the one who 'dunnit'.
the high point of anger
he's gone and hit.

a murderer he is,
her blood on his hands.
and blood on her hair,
in those once glistening strands.

i can't believe
this happened to her!
she had so much to live for,
my old friends would concurr.

i hope that they find him
and i hope in the end
he'll figure his crime,
tho it's too late to mend.
