Spaces

Too many people in
too many places see
too many things and
too many faces.

and while we are busy
pleasing too many faces
we miss too many words
and create too many spaces.

while we're in a hurry
patching up too many spaces
we start acting like nerds
and lose too many faces.

in an effort to gain back
those too many faces
we go out of our way
and see too many places.

after we've gone and
ruined our too many lives
by going too many places
and telling too many lies

we come back home
to a place we've known
but never really shown
to those

too many people
in their too many lives
with their too many spaces
and their thousand divides.
