Sands of time

by Sinister Soire   Jan 30, 2005

The sands of time are falling
Through life and death together
The needless waste appalling
Till the ends of time, forever

The hour glass has broken
My time is nearly up
The words of mourning spoken
The harps of heaven, pluck

Slowly sinking in this state
Where violence they condone
Sinking in a world of hate
Of melancholy fear, alone

Never again will all fit
Everyone without a face
I’m gone into this pit
All alone in here, this place

My hour less day are spent
Waiting for a moment
All my sins I do repent
Until forever I die, dormant

My savior has come through time
For I have lost all sense
She recovered me and I’m fine
Our meeting fate, providence

Once again I have recovered
She answered my dreadful calling
The hour glass has been devoured
I spilt the time sands, falling
