Mountain Paradise

by ?   Feb 1, 2005

The small delicate flowers
Deep blue so intense
So much more beauty than in a single red rose
Meaning so much more, making so much more sense

No love tied up, no pain, no death,
Just freedom and peace of the mountains
Only bending in the fresh alpine breeze
No thorns to cause any pains

Can look down on the world from high above
Can watch people walking, laughing, together
The air so clear and perfect
Except the mountain bird’s fallen feather

I sit alone but I’m happy with that
I can think, dream, do as I want,
I have the company of my flower friend
And no other creatures wanting to haunt
