Nonsense Poem

by Lucas   Feb 1, 2005

My fish saw a donkey chicken
By the river, a decade in Monday
The banana stood with hair and lick-in’
And train-horn, and whistled a banana sundae

And Spain sank into the ocean
And swallowed up its sandy bears
And all the peanuts cracked to sing
It spin in the winter pears

They danced as for the butler it served
They listened it carry. They listened it fatten.
They heard the banana as she sang,
”Tomorrow, boingy-boingy!” “Nattan!”

And then, my fish said, cup of leathers?
The banana with a peeling skin,
The chicken with floating bed of feathers,
Policing the donkeys with a sin

They stole a letter for the encyclopedia,
they eat was not the corms,
Only, in Spain's sinking media,
Close-distant screams, and eat the worms!
