Miserable;(

by ANNE   Feb 6, 2005

Some say red is the ultimate cure for sadness,
Others will never have the experience.
Sadly I’m not one of them,
Perhaps it should be my death sentence.

What I try to say, is that I’m miserable,
I feel so much loneliness around me.
But still I have so many friends,
My dark side they barely see.

Sometimes I wish I was an angel,
With beautiful wings and a shiny halo.
I could look after my loved ones,
And help the people who are only shallow.

Life could be so much better,
In unbelievable many ways.
But one can only do so little,
It’s a choice to make the rest of your days.

Yet I’ll keep my dearest friend a little longer,
‘Cause loneliness knows everything I keep inside,
It won’t just change instantly, it always knows
My endless thoughts in the silence of the night.

Everybody hurts sometimes,
We can all feel very alone in life.
The nights can be awful long,
Keep in mind the answer isn’t always the knife.

*Not one of my best... Just feeling low!
