Sleeping Pills

by Lara Lynn   Feb 7, 2005

Her eyes are cold,
Everything she says is hate.
All she wanted was someone to hold,
She didn’t believe in fate.

She had a perfect life,
Sweet charming boyfriend,
Family that loved her dear,
But she threw it all away with one tear.

She had many problems that no one knew,
She was getting sick but she didn’t want to come threw,
She took some pills to put her fast asleep.
Maybe she just took to many her body was in a heap.

Her body is cold now,
Her eyes are closed,
Her boyfriend and family are crying,
Wishing she hadn’t done what she did.

She had the perfect life
Now she not breathing
Her eyes are cold
And everything she said was full of hate
I guess she did have fate.

Laying in a hospital bed
She wakes up form a horrible dream
The pounding is getting worse in her head
It hurts so much she wants to scream.

The doctor came in
Says she’s going to be fine
They got to her in the nick of time.

A puzzle look is on her moms face
“Why did u do this hunny your such a disgrace”
The girl replies, “well I guess I’m just a hopeless case.”

The doctor left and came back with a sack
On it says pills found by bed
The girl turns and lays on her back
She sees visions of last night in her head

She couldn’t believe they saved her
Why didn’t they just let her die
I guess next time will be harder but she will try.

please comment its a true story
