Quite the long poem, and I know this comment won't completely suit it.
But I loved how you ended the poem, despite it's predictability.

The message of the poem was written in depth and i loved every single emotion put into it and can be found in it. Just my friendly suggestion, although you dont have to consider if this means originality, i think the poem will be easy to comprehend and for the reader to analyze if its written by stanzas. In that case you can actually determine where the stress of the poem is, and every stanza is like a continuation of the previous that can make a poem a curious read. Hmm..xDD..it was just my opinion and please disregard if you find it unnecessary. But honestly speaking your choice of words come from the heart and as i said before written with depth. I liked it though however you write it. its the talent that counts not the forms..Good job..
