Brand New Scar

I have a brand new scar today,
that none of you can see.
You don't see all my pain,
so you wouldn't even know.
How am I supposed to tell you all,
about what is going on?
None of you understand,
you all think I'm fine.
I thought you were supposed to see,
directly through all the fake smiles.
Nobody can see,
my brand new scar.
