Tomorrow will be to late

Dear Somebody, I need help and I need it now,
I need help today because tomorrow will be too late.
Don't wait too long because in a few days I'll be gone.

Somethings in my head and it's not right,
Somethings bothering my heart so much that it burns.
Can someone please help me cause I feel myself slipping away.

HELP ME TODAY, CAUSE TOMORROW WILL BE TOO LATE.
