Your friendship in this time has been utterly priceless
Through a period for me that seemed daunting and lifeless
I wish there was a way; somehow I could be able to express
How your calmness and clarity has helped make sense of my mess
You have held my head high; enable me to lengthen my stride
Returned my smile and fixed up my once battered pride
Honestly I couldn’t have done it with out you by my side
The happiness and warmth your friendship gives me inside
You have been unconditional supporting with no questions of why
You have laughed along with me when I needed it and let me cry
Instinctively you have know when to steer clear and when not to pry
You’ve been such an amazing selfless friend and you don’t even try
The small tokens and gifts you bring just to cheer me up
Get me out and about feeling good and always messed up
Always wishing me the best and your every ounce of good luck
Calling me in the mornings, providing my motivation to get up
To me that is defining the most terrific and spectacular friend
My girl and my sister on whom I could always depend
Never hesitates when I need her shoulder to lend
Never asking, just reaching, what I needed in the end
I wish there was a way to thank you for all you have done for me
A way I could make your every hope and wish come true to be
You’re my best friend in more way that anyone else is able to see
Your love and your friendship Casey has set me free…

    This poem was great...is this the friend that all of your older broken friendship ones were about? If so...that's awesome that you guys worked everything out. I just have a question...how did you do it? I want more then anything in the world for my best friend back and this is kind of embarrassing but sometimes I just sit here and read all of your old broken friendship poems because most of them I can relate to almost word for word...so I just sit here and cry. I don't know what to do and I just want to kick myself because I saw this coming...oh man here I go on and on. I'm sorry, I just wanted to know how you worked everything out. I'll leave you alone now.

    WOW! That is just..whoa! This is one of my favorite friendship poems by you..so very descriptive! I'm so glad you have a friend like that as I think everyone else should have one like that...You two seem like your very close from what I hear and I feel the same about my best friend..The poems you write relate so much to me and thats why I love them! Exellent job Eirisa..You always do impress me!
