Unknown Truth.

by brin macnamara   Feb 19, 2005

We talk of philosophical truths
I listen.
Enjoy discourse.
Smile.
There are other truths my sweet all unknown to you.

Truth: The lightning flash of your eyes causes the clouds within my heart to explode and burn.
Truth: the luxuriant redness of your lips stifles my breath.
Truth: Wherever you have walked posies of flowers spring up.
Truth: Dawns early light surrounds you with a halo each day.
Truth: The mere touch of your hand melts me.
Truth: Your voice intoxicates the breeze.
Truth: The sound of your name resonates in my head.
Truth: For your Love alone does my essence yearn for.
Truth: Nature coverts your beauty.

For you bring me relief from the sterility of this world.
Daily I woo your presence
Nightly dream of your embrace.
You are Plato, Aristotle and Hobbes.
You have the infinite truth within You.
You Are.
