Pain

I am wide awake
now feeling the pain
in the dark
without any thoughts
i feel numb
without my heart
but once i was happy
like a new born baby
i had everything
including you
than you went far
took my heart
from my soul
i was left alone
with nothing to do
except staying awake
and feel the soul taking pain

    Aww the pain from a broken heart .... been there once and still feel the pain and times.

    For some reason there is no pain except death that will come close to the pain from your heart being broke.

    Great job putting in all in words.
