I’m all alone today
When every one is free
Sitting waiting for the day
Together we will be

My true love is waiting
For me to come and find
Waiting for us to be together
And our bodies intertwined

The snow falls past me
Sitting outside all alone
Thinking how it will all be
With so much still unknown

I think about humanity
And how we get along
Killing all to help ourselves
Even when it’s wrong

I sit here like I’m waiting
For what I do not know
Perhaps a chance to fix it all
With answers from the snow
