I think I'm finally ready
Finally ready to move on
We've been through a lot
but it's got us nothing
and it will only bring more pain.
We both know we love one another
but I've come to realize
that we're in love
with the thought
of what we want to be
and that's something that will never be.
We remember the better days
and we want them again
but in our hearts
we know we'll
never again be what we once were,
we'll never win.
All we're doing now
is bringing the other pain
and I no longer want this stress
it's just driving me insane>
There is usually a tension between us
one we will never get loose.
No matter how hard we try
that void will always be here.
I know once I end this
that I'll be sadder then hell
but if i don't end it now
I'll be living in hell for years
because if I stay with you
it's only going to bring me more pain.
Pain that I'm not strong enough to bare any longer.
