A word that is used when nothing is fine
A word that ends the pain
A word that can never be used again
A word that isn't the only way out
A word that is not used when in doubt
A word that ends your life
A word that can be done using a knife
A word that no one wants to hear
A word that can't end your worst fear
A word that is used by many every day
A word that leaves you to decay
A word that most people tend to forget
A word that many have met
Suicide has been a word in our vocabulary for many years
In our eyes it has caused many tears
Even if we try to stop it
It always comes back, it'll never quit
Suicide is everywhere, even if you don't notice; take
A look around and you'll see a poor soul that will never wake
You might think that you're the only one
That is feeling pain, but sorry, you're wrong hun.
Everyone has their own troubles, you are not alone
Even I have been tempted it just hasn't shown.
Suicide has tempted many
If you need help, there is plenty.
