My Pain Is Real

by ashley koler   Mar 4, 2005

All my friends are mad
At what I have done.
They just don't understand,
I don't do it for fun.

I harm myself
To keep me alive.
The stress kills me,
Cutting helps me survive.

It all builds up,
And then I explode.
But the feelings stay,
Do nothing but implode.

My heart can't take anymore,
It is way too full.
Full of love, full of hate.
All these feeling do is pull.

You can look at my arms
And see what I feel.
From the scars and the cuts,
Know that my pain is real.

SO TOTALLY TRUE! I feel the true pain and boy does it suck. Yet its very addicting and something that most people "think" they need. Im aslo a cutter and so is one of my best friends. And it hurts me more to hear when someone else does it then to cut a million cuts on my wrist. So please think about your actions and seek help.
