The Waiting Room

by Shelby G.   Mar 5, 2005

You've been sitting for hours
Frustration devours
Reading old magazines and brochurs
Reading about rockstars and tours
The clock is the only sound you hear
Your turn is slowly ticking near
Many people have come and gone
What should be short is lasting so long
You'd like to sleep but can't miss your turn
The frustration inside is starting to burn
Everyone seems to ignore you
But sit there and smile, is all you can do
Hoping your turn is comming soon
So you can leave the waiting room
