Running eyes

by ~* Joyful *~   Mar 7, 2005

As you sit down alone,
With the wind in your face.
Slowly watching the clock,
As your heart starts to race.

You head's full of laughter,
Your heart's filled with tears.
But nothing can hurt you,
Cause he takes's away all your fears.

Its not how he looks,
Or the way that he acts.
Its his humour and his kindness,
And the anger that he lacks

Wrapped in his arms
Like no-one else is around.
He makes your knee's weak,
You could fall straight to the ground.

He says that he likes you
And your friends say its true.
But by the end of the night,
He only wanted to get with you.

Your head starts to spin.
But no-one hears you cry.
Cause you cant move your mouth,
Your shocked, His only a lie.

Your friends try to help you
But still you try to say,
If only he liked you and
That you wanted him to stay

You hide your face from others,
As you put your head down and cry.
Thinking about the one you like,
Falling asleep with running eyes.
