Bad Memories

I try so hard not to do it
But as time goes bye I crave the sting of the blade
As much as it hurts me I know I need it to survive
Its terrible
The scars create memories
The memories bring back the pain
And I relive it all agene
The screaming
The breaking glass
The baby crying
It all seems so real agene
The pain hurts worse now then it did
Then it did that night
The night my heart died
