Wow thats exactly how i felt but no-one around me understood they justed shouted and screamed and me feel i was hated, again wow.

WOW! i can really relate to that. im addicted to cutting to ease my pain and it works but then it hits me in the face twice as hard. the pain relief is only temporary, but i just cant stop. i have to do it! itz a pat of me, just as it sounds like it is to you! keep up the great work!

Its good to read peoples thoughts put out there on the line, making sure that you get your point across. What you wrote sounds like what i said to my best friend. She hasnt cut in months now, and shes very against it. Shes not judging, she just tells people how it is. One time seeing her in the hospital... i had to stop her from doing n e thing worse.
But n e whoot. Nice thoughts. Greatly described.

This poem is so true! All these questions and all these stupid things we do just so people dont't realise the sad truth, that the only way to help ourselves would kill our loved ones. I love the wa you hav done this poem, it's awesome!

i agree this is how i used to feel but i aint done it in months!!i found out that poetry helped me writing down how i felt but i never showed anyone my work i just kept them!!!
