*Don't Waste Your Life*

by little birdy   Mar 8, 2005

She would be looking for the lights
Creeping her body through the night
The soul is slowly decreasing in size
Knowing that life was full of lies

The pieces are carving inside of her heart
Then slowly are breaking each other apart
The long lasting memories fading away
Nothing is left for her to say

Laying and bleeding outside on the ground
Just laying alone, no one else is around
But then she got up with all the life
Feeling she's being torn with a knife

The people start staring while she walks
Everyone's gazing, but no one talks
Amazed by her strength in the skin
Bleeding and walking with flesh so thin

She stands on the side of a 90 foot verge
Wanting to jump, then the feeling emerge
The sudden thought of all the sadness
All the lies from driven madness

The car then slides quickly, trying to stop
Her self-reaction was the final drop
Reaching her hands with nothing to hold on
Moments later she was forever gone

A story about an accidental loss
With nothing but suicidal thinking cause
The girl was pondering over the side
Then suddenly her foot would quickly slide

The thoughts that kept haunting her never moved on
Until they have gotten her forever gone
Don't think you'll be happier if you dies
Because when you do, you might find a lie

You can never take such things back
So don't give up when all you see it black
There is always another opening door
Just look outside and try to see more
