My meaning of life

When kids are depressed they cut themselves,
but thats nothing close to me,
when i am depressed or upset,
i write poems in a tree.
i am not like others,
i don't go for the knife,
i don't go and blame someone else,
when i want to end my life.
all i do is take,
some paper and a pen,
climb up in a tree,
and write like theres no end.
its not the best solution,
climb higher up to hide,
but anyway you look at it,
it keeps me breathing and alive.
its what i do best,
instead of the knife,
writing and climbing,
is my meaning of life.
