Your sweet suicide

In my room i cant help but cry
i look out the window and see you drive by
love is just an excuse to get hurt
rage has taken over me, and wrapped me in its skirt

you held me close and hugged me tight
made me feel like everything was alright
now i can see you lured me into a trap
and when i was in deep enough, you broke me with a snap

days and days go by
and i would love for you to die
night-time has come and i stand outside your house
what a great night this will be-I've put on my best blouse

i crack open a window and sneak inside
its beginning to pour and lightening outside
knife pulled out i stand beside you bed
don't worry my love, for you will soon be dead

lightening flashes, and you awake
messing with me was a big mistake
a look of horror in your eyes
the last of your seconds goes by

pushing the knife with all my might
shadows will mourn for you tonight
i take a step back and look at you
the rain has stopped and all thats left is dew

the note Ive already prepared- i place in your hand
this night was so masterfully planned
in the note it listed why
all the reasons you wanted to die

because the pain you felt you could no longer hide
it was simply your sweet suicide
