You were my first and my last
you were my everything
You were my reason for being
You made all the birds sing

Its was so long ago that you left
But the pain still remains
They say the love will fade away
But its still running through my veins.

Unanswered questions in my head
Will they ever leave?
They hurt me as much as your love
What are you trying to achieve?

Is it wrong for your flame still to burn
Is it wrong for me to want to prolong
your first and final touch
That i've waited for so long.

    This was a good poem it reminds me of how I feel about my ex. Keep writeing more poems and I beleive that you will get over him just like I said theres more fish in thee sea. If you get the chance can you vote on my poem.
