Another Night

by Emma Carnage   Mar 27, 2005

It’s going to be another night
Like all those others
I can tell already
It’s only one
And I can tell already
Soon enough
It will all start

I can feel it
It’s building up
Starting deep inside
Slowly it will grow
Will start to fill my soul
And soon enough
It will be the only thing left

I can see myself now
Spending another night
Laying on the floor
Next to my phone
Just hoping
Wishing
Pleading
That someone will call
But knowing
That I’ll be alone
Once again

Just another night for me
I’m used to this cycle
For days now
Every night
They’ve been just like
This one will soon be
And I’m dreading it

It’s going to be another night
Just like the others
I can tell already
And it’s only one
It’s starting now
Building up now
And soon enough
I’ll be laying on the floor
Once again
Just another night

you were there during part of it. you just didn't talk to me, and when you left you just logged off. didn't even say bye.
