When you put your heart out

by hOlly   Mar 30, 2005

When you put your heart out,
You put it out to take,
It does not occur to you,
That someday it may break.

When someone takes that heart,
You feel external bliss,
And when the time is right,
He’ll give you a heavenly kiss.

But your too blind to see,
One day you’ll be forgotten,
Too naïve think,
This love will never end.

When someone breaks that heart,
You may be left with tears and pain,
You may think that,
There’s nothing left to gain.

But it does not occur to you,
There’s other fish in the sea,
Love’s about putting your feelings on the line,
And now I hope you see.

That when you put your heart out,
For the whole world to take,
Sometimes it may grow,
While other times it may break.

But i wish if you can Explain this part a bit !

But it does not occur to you,
There’s other fish in the sea,
Love’s about putting your feelings on the line,
And now I hope you see.
