Song of mind

by [She.Falls.Asleep]   Mar 31, 2005

I see things I shouldn't see,
I see all the misery,
I see all the teardrops cried,
And I get washed away by the teardrop tide,
I see the sadness in this world,
I see the real word, twisted and twirled,
I see my home, A place distorted and cold,
I see everything turning dead and old,
I hear a song in my mind,
It sings "you're getting left behind,
No one understands what you see in this head,
No one knows how you long for your deathbed,
No one knows you see this,
Everyone thinks your life is bliss,
Everyone thinks your just a kid,
But only I know your going mental under this worlds lid,
You think it'll stop, And you'll turn sane,
But you'll never see normal stuff again,
You'll never smile without crying straight after,
You'll never feel happy straight after laughter,
You see you're twisted, You just want to die,
You just want to go, Let the world pass by,
It's life that kills us, It kills us all,
But we are life, Life prepares us for our fall,
We are the people that created war,
And now we don't do much to prevent anymore,
People call you weird, They say you have a twisted mind,
But how can you stop that when you're being left behind,"
It's about then my song stops and I cry another tear,
Then I wait till my chance, My chance to leave here...
