Loyalty

by Sinister Soire   Apr 2, 2005

*never really got around to saying what i wanted to but.. whatever, its all about just tell me if you have something against me*

Today I was confronted
With problems to the loyal
Looking back on the ones
Who have treated me so royal

I do not deserve these gifts
Of friends so true to me
Honesty is something I praise
But a trait I hardly see

I know a few good people
Who have this greatest gift
And when I’m talking to them all
I get the biggest lift

The people that tell me everything
About what they are thinking
Are in my books one ahead
But their kind are slowly shrinking

So to all that I think are true
Please make sure that I know
Don’t assume I know just everything
Because I know less than I show
