R.I.P

by Tiffany   Apr 3, 2005

Her whole world was turned upsidedown,
What once was a smile is now a frown.
What he took she can never gain back,
All placed by his evil attack.
Now she wanders day and night,
Overcome with all her fright.
Her heart once warm has turned to ice,
It's not her only sacrifice.
Her eyes now black with all her hate,
And yet she still awaits her fate.
To know what she is would give her the greatest joy,
That anyone on earth could employ.
Now an empty shell of who she used to be,
She had closed her eyes and can no longer see.
Her face once bright has now gone pale,
She's as ancient as the Holy Grail.
Through the gate everything becomes clear,
The truth is coming very near.
It's been there for centuries carved in stone,
She's lied there all alone.
Her search is now at its end,
As she come around the bend,
R.I.P the tombstone reads,
Now she can finally leave.
