God's Wonderful Gift

by Lisa Carter   Apr 4, 2005

Birds chirping in the mornings beams
the dew is fresh on the ground
civilization waking from their dreams
smooth movements from the campground
the kids coming out of their tents
going out to play
the parent watching their every move
they though it would be a great day
then suddenly one of the kids scream
the parents become very worried
as they watch their kid flow down the stream
the mother kneels down and starts to plead
"oh god, oh god please spare my child
she has done no wrong
i will turn her into a brainchild
please i want her to live long"
then a man screams "i got her she is ok"
then the mother looks up to god
"thank you to god i will praise your name
until my body is dead and lifeless there i lay"
