Crimson Flow (of love)

by wayne t   Apr 5, 2005

Wounded in battle with honor, crimson blood flow'ed,
Fighting for a cause, a swords blade split thane armor,
Dying on the field far less painful than from empty love,

Gallantly fought for the love of women forever, never won,
Fiercely loyal always giving without caution my heart, soul,
Treating her a princess, giving passion but never bestowed,

Only chink in polished armor, is that of passion turned cold,
Rejected loves sword scaring my heart letting my blood flow,
Standing tall, plates of steel never letting scares of love show,

Inwardly rejection is taking its toll, a man turning into animal,
Frustrations at fevered pitch, killing men without any remorse,
For on the field of battle I am relentless, but refused by love,

Longing sensuous touches of a woman's body and to kiss,
To feel inspired by impassioned breath flowing into my soul,
Haunted by long past memories of erotic nights of making love,

Manhood in remission and too afraid of love, I reject my honor,
Going to battle not against worldly powers, but demons in me,
Nothing left to loose, fighting not for others, for my inner soul,

Crimson flow of blood from life ending blows, insanely I fight,
Dying a man of valor in battle is what the world shall ever see,
Not a broken warrior ending his life for never-ending thrust of love.
