I laugh I cry

by micke   Apr 6, 2005

I always thought you would always be right there,
now I'm crying holding on to my teddy bear,
I smile when I hear you laugh,
I cry when i realize that you not coming home,
I beg the lord to send you back,
It seems as if none of my prayers are never answered,
But the preacher man says the lord works in mysterious ways,
But that don't take away my long crying days,
Just to hear your laugh to see your smile are to do what you use to do,
I smile when i hear your laugh,
I cry when i realize you not coming home,
See boy I laugh and I cry!

*this was wrote for my little redneck cousin Kodie who died on November 21 at the age of six I miss you buddy
