This moment

The moment is happening for everyone,
but i only feel us two.
i know the world is turning
but all i hear is you.

i look into your eyes
and i just know
know that this moment can come and go,
but the love we shared in it will never die.

this is our moment,
our saving grace,
i know i love you,
and my love is renewed every time i look at your face.

I'm not saying we'll be together forever,
or our love will re-unite,
but i know in this moment,
that our love burns bright!
