A dream

As the day turns into night
i close my eyes to go to sleep
and as the darkness extends from the light
i see you in my sight
you came closer with your face glowing like 24 karat gold
you are the mystery that i wanted to unfold
you are the one in my arms i want to hold
We talked for what seemed an eternity.
You controlled my heart instantly.
When you first touched my hand I knew
I could love only you.
We were together for so long.
I thought we could never do each other wrong.
I knew in my heart this was right,
By the way you would say \'I love you\' and kiss me goodnight
then everything turned different every feeling went out of sight
i opened my eyes to find out it was just a dream
as far as real it seems
i thought i would never would wake up from such a dream
