The room fills with fear

by CaptainTyingKnots   Apr 8, 2005

The room fills with fear
As I watch your eyes fill with tears
The blood pours out from your wrist
As the people around you, tell you
That you won’t ever be missed

This beautiful day turns into a night
Full of hate and full of fright
From where I stand, death is the only thing in my sight
I know that you will die tonight

I don’t speak not even to tell you goodbye
I don’t go to your grave; I never even tried to save you
I don’t regret it
But I promise that I won’t forget it

Now that you are dead
Pictures of your body keep running through my head
Blood everywhere, covering the cement
People gathered round, but none of them care

Your body so motionless as your soul climbs up to reach the skies
But half way up it slowly die and falls back down
Just as your smile once became a frown
You drown in your hate, pain, in blood
But that’s not what killed you

The people and the knife
Are responsible for your death
It’s them who you should blame
For the hell they put you through
