Name

by brin macnamara   Apr 8, 2005

Quietly I breathe your name deep into my essence
Over my lips it lightly dances
Like a prayer or rippling sound
trickling slowly into my very core.

Repeating your name rings deeply within me
Melting the raw marrow of my existence
cherishing its chime as it echoes around my heart
vibrating every fibre of my being.

Your name resonates through every season
of every year
falling softly as summer rain
Nourishing and bring joyful satisfaction
that falls lightly upon my ear.
