Thursday

Thursday night
I had done it again
It was so much effort
For so little reward
Because I didn’t want scissors
To touch my skin
I looked for something else

I had remembered seeing
Razors downstairs
So I searched but didn’t find them
I didn’t want a lot of pain
So I didn’t go back to the scissors
I grabbed my Venus
And tore it apart

I couldn’t get the blades out
Just by pulling
So I cut it apart
And took one of the three blades
While hiding the other two
It was dull for shaving
But perfect for cutting
It worked so well

I only wanted two
Two on the left side of my ribs
But because of how I am
Because of my family curse
I needed to make it even
So I added two more
On the right side of my ribs

I did these all
While in the shower
And the water running
Towards the drain
Was a beautiful red
Although fairly diluted
It was still a beauty to watch

I’ve only told one other
About what I did that night
So all of you
Everybody reading this
Have a sense of pride
To know that I confide
All my dirty little secrets
To every single one of you
I trust you all

yeah, i guess that is kinda confusing if you don't know my family. i changed the heritage part to say something else. i'll just explain here. my mom's side of the family has this thing where everything has to be perfectly even and exact. and thanx! i'll be sure to check out your stuff!
