    Aww, this is so sad! I know exactly how your feeling as my grandpa had Alzheimers also. He didnt even know who i was :(

    Such a powerfully emotional write. I know what you mean when you fear your mother may get it as well. I feel the same way. I went through it with my grandma, who was one of my best friends, it was really hard. Don't let it eat at you though. Hang in there.
