Every Cry

by DevilsAdvocate12   Apr 25, 2005

I cry for every child without a home,
I cry for every man that walks alone.

I cry for every death of a loved one,
I cry for every time that we called ‘fun’.

I cry for every dream that won’t come true,
I cry for every time I almost had you.

I cry for every sad, pathetic life,
I cry for every beaten wife.

I cry for every shattered dream,
I cry for every one in-between.

I cry for every lie that gets told,
I cry for every kid who won’t grow old.

I cry for every one who is guilty,
I cry for every rose that is wilted.

But when I stop crying will you be strong,
Will you cry for me when I am gone?
