Desires calling me
In times I just can handle
My normal life
Want me to change
What seemed so solid
For years
For a goal I don’t know

Fascinating myself
With ideas
Of how it could be
Though this is just a fairy tale
And my life isn’t a bit
Like this magical fabric
My dreams are made of

Desires not letting me go
In this time I have to think
About so much more
Changing my inside
While my outside stands still
Untouched in this storm
Of uncontrolled feelings

Everything that seemed so solid
For years
Now in this eddy
Falls apart, pulls down
Right in front of my feet
What may come out at the end
I don’t know
And yet I can not control myself anymore
Going for a goal I don’t know
